"Debbie is a knowledgeable and intuitive massage therapist who understands healing through massage. She shares her scientific knowledge of the body with the client to make sure they understand the plan and that they have the best possible experience. She is fantastic!"
Joy
"Debbie has such a warm touch she puts you at ease as soon as she touches you. She can give you a relaxing massage or she can do the really deep tissue massage. She is always very concerned about your overall health and what your needs are at that particular moment. She has done wonders for a whiplash injury by consistently working on the area. I look forward to continuing the relationship and seeing what other things she can help me with through massage."

The Science Behind the Name
Pathways of Wellness - Facilitating Change for Body & Mind
The Law of Facilitation states:
When an impulse has passed once through a certain set of neurons to the exclusion of others, it will tend to take the same course on future occasions, and each time it travels this path with least resistance.
Our nervous system sets up pathways for pain, muscle memory, learning and habits. By disrupting the pathways of pain the nerves can reroute to stop the pain-spasm-pain cycle. We can also disrupt habits by introducing new pathways for our minds to embrace. In essence we carve a new groove for the nerves to follow.
